Our trusted delivery partner is Parcel Force who deliver to all UK destinations.  The stated postage cost is a fixed amount (per order) and will be confirmed during our online checkout process.  

The stated delivery timescale is an estimate in weekdays from the day of dispatch and is not a guranteed delivery timescale.

Delivery FAQ's

How quickly will you despatch my order?

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before Midday on the same day and all orders placed after Midday on the next working day, although at busy times of the year we may take longer.  In some rare cases (such as low stock levels pending delivery of fresh stock) we may not be able to dispatch some items immediately.  If such a situation arises we will either delay dispatch for up to two days (if a delivery of fresh stock is imminent) or else part-ship the affected order straight away, with the unavailable item(s) to follow as soon as new stock has arrived.  Should a dealy beyond our normally anticipated timescales be likely we will keep you fully informed by email or phone call.

Can I collect my order from the store?

We offer store collection for orders placed online.  Provided the items are in stock when you place your order online and payment has been made via the online checkout you can opt to collect from us in-store.  

We do ask that you bring your receipt and a form of photo ID when collecting.  

When will I receive my order?

After we dispatch your order, Parcel Force are then responsible for ensuring your delivery arrives.  The indicated delivery timescale shown during the online checkout process is an estimate from the day of dispatch and is not guaranteed. Under normal circumstances you should expect to receive your order within this timescale, but in some cases it may take longer.  We do proactively monitor all deliveries, and if any delays arise we work directly with Parcel Force to resolve them as soon as possible.  

If you have ordered an item of clothing that is not stocked in store it will be shipped by our UK clothing partner.  The estimated timescales differ depedning on the item of clothing, but the estimated delivery timescale should be no longer than 5 working days from the date of order.

What happens if my order goes missing en route to me?

If your order becomes lost in transit we will instruct Parcel Force to conduct a formal search for it.  If its whereabouts remains unknown after five working days from the day of dispatch, we will reissue it the following working day and notify you by email. The only exception to this is if your order goes missing after being left in a safe place by Parcel Force, in which case you waived your right to make a non-delivery claim when you issued Parcel Force with the leave safe instruction.

What happens if my order is damaged when I receive it?

If Parcel Force notify us that your order has been damaged in transit we will reissue it in full the following working day and notify you by email.

If you receive your order and discover any items are damaged, you should send us photographic evidence by email as soon as possible (and certainly no later than five working days after the date of delivery).  Upon receipt of the images we will reissue the damaged items the following working day and notify you by email. 

What happens if my order is incorrect or items are missing?

When you receive your order you should check the contents carefully against your  receipt.  If any items are incorrect or missing you should notify us as soon as possible (and certainly no later than five working days after the date of delivery). We will dispatch the correct or missing items the following working day and notify you by email.  In cases where you have been sent incorrect items we will make arrangements with you for us to recover them at your convenience.
